InLine, LLC is hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians for the Mobile River Bridge and Bay Way Bridge Construction Project—one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Alabama's history. This multi-year, high-profile project is expected to span five to six years and offers the opportunity to work close to home while helping transform mobility and safety across Mobile Bay.

Position Overview
You'll help deliver safe, efficient, and modern electrical solutions for major DOT-led infrastructure. Your work will directly support lighting, signaling, fiber-optic systems, and traffic-management networks that power smarter, safer roads.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical installations: Install and service conduit, fiber, lighting, surge protection, grounding, and related electrical systems across bridge and highway segments.
- Team leadership: Guide apprentices and laborers while maintaining quality workmanship and strict safety standards.
- System maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ITS and roadway systems.
- Documentation and communication: Maintain accurate logs and collaborate with project managers, DOT inspectors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license or card; Journeyman credential required and Master credential preferred.
- Four or more years of electrical fieldwork, ideally in infrastructure or heavy-highway construction.
- IMSA Level II Traffic Signal Technician or similar DOT-related certification preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL Class A or B preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
- Able to lift 50–100 pounds and work outdoors in varying site conditions.
Additional Details
- Day shift required; night-shift availability preferred.
- Approximately 25% travel required.
- In-person position based in Mobile, Alabama.
